Job Summary
Providing essential support for employee relations, the full-time Regional People Partner will manage complex HR issues, offer compliance guidance to management, and facilitate training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues while identifying trends and potential risks
- Provide management guidance on HR-related questions, including progressive discipline, terminations, and compliance with policies
- Conduct HR audits and fulfill legal requests, while maintaining awareness of local regulations and training needs
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in multi-unit and multi-state retail or restaurant support
- Experience managing a high volume of complex employee relations cases
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and SHRM certifications preferred
- Experience training both virtually and in person
