Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

To optimize maintenance resource utilization, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will manage work requests, plan and schedule maintenance activities, and ensure effective configuration of CMMS while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with the account management team to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop and disseminate maintenance schedules, analyzing resource requirements and assigning necessary services
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and perform quality assurance in the work order process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree in maintenance technology is preferred
• Experience navigating CMMS and proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong administrative and mathematical skills with effective time management abilities
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
