Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Managing customer work requests, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will optimize maintenance resource utilization and productivity by planning and scheduling operations, maintenance, and engineering resources in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with the account management team to ensure operational impacts are recognized and managed
• Develop and disseminate maintenance schedules, ensuring all work packages are complete and resources are available prior to scheduling
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and perform quality assurance in the work order process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; Associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
• Proficiency in navigating CMMS and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience in administrative tasks related to operations management
