Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance operations, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will manage work requests, optimize resource utilization, and ensure effective communication with the account management team while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and develop maintenance schedules based on service requests and project needs
• Coordinate with various departments to prepare work packages and ensure all resources are available prior to scheduling
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and perform quality assurance on work orders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of work order processes and scheduling best practices
