Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Responsible for managing planning and scheduling operations, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will optimize maintenance resource utilization and productivity while working remotely, handling customer work requests, and coordinating maintenance activities across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and develop maintenance schedules based on service requests and preventive maintenance needs
• Coordinate maintenance activities and prepare work packages, ensuring all resources and materials are available prior to scheduling
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and perform quality assurance in the work order process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Understanding of work order processes, scheduling, and resource prioritization
