Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Managing maintenance operations, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will oversee work requests, optimize resource utilization through CMMS, and coordinate maintenance activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage maintenance activities, including service requests and preventive maintenance
• Develop and disseminate maintenance schedules while coordinating with various departments
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and ensure all necessary resources are available prior to scheduling work

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
• Experience with CMMS and proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Knowledge of work order processes and scheduling best practices
