Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

To optimize maintenance resource utilization, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will manage customer work requests, plan and schedule maintenance activities, and ensure effective configuration of maintenance management systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with the account management team to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules, ensuring all resources and materials are prepared for work execution
• Act as a liaison between operations and maintenance staff, facilitating communication and prioritization of service requests

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree in maintenance technology is preferred
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Experience in administrative tasks related to maintenance operations
