Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Combining the roles of Planner and Scheduler, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will manage customer work requests, optimize maintenance resource utilization, and coordinate scheduling activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and develop the maintenance schedule while coordinating with the account management team
• Analyze resource requirements and assign necessary mechanical, electrical, and engineering services for requested work
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and ensure all work packages are complete prior to scheduling

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; an Associate's degree in maintenance technology is preferred
• Proficiency in navigating CMMS and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience in administrative tasks related to operations management
