Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Responsible for managing planning and scheduling operations, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will oversee maintenance activities, optimize resource utilization, and ensure effective use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with account management to ensure operational impacts are recognized and managed
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and ensure work packages are complete before scheduling
• Act as a liaison between operations and maintenance staff, communicating project scopes and priorities effectively

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Excel
• Strong administrative and mathematical skills with a willingness to handle paperwork
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Experience in planning and organizing multiple tasks simultaneously
