Regional Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

Managing work requests and scheduling maintenance activities, the full-time Regional Planner Scheduler will utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to optimize resource utilization and ensure effective planning and coordination of operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all work packages are complete and resources are available
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog of maintenance activities and prioritize work orders based on urgency and requirements
• Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement best practices for safety, quality control, and maintenance operations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in maintenance technology preferred
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong administrative and mathematical skills with effective time management capabilities
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings, and understand work order processes
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
