Regional Plant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Plant Controller to serve as a key financial partner to plant management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze cost variances, expenditures, material losses, and labor utilization to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare monthly executive-level financial reports and assist with financial close activities
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for plants while managing the bill of materials and inventory processes

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5-7 years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, and OneStream preferred
• Ability to work independently and quickly learn new systems and processes
• Technical aptitude regarding operating systems
