A company is looking for a Regional Practice Director for the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee business practices, project management, and financial performance in the region
• Develop and implement a regional business plan targeting year-over-year growth
• Manage resource allocation, staffing strategies, and foster a design-centric culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred
• At least 20 years of related experience or equivalent required
• Experience in the A/E/C industry is required
• Proven leadership ability and effective change management experience
• Strong organizational skills and sound business acumen
