Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Practice Director for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations, project management, and financial performance for the region
• Develop and implement a regional business plan targeting year-over-year growth
• Lead resource allocation, integration, and development to support a diverse team and enhance project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred
• At least 20 years of related experience or equivalent required
• Experience in the A/E/C industry is required
• Proven leadership ability and strong organizational skills
• Effective change management and risk management approach
