A company is looking for a Regional President - Tri-State.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple markets with full P&L ownership
• Ensure delivery of quality patient care and meet financial, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Oversee staffing, performance improvement processes, and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful strategic operational leadership experience
• 7 years of experience in multi-region, multi-site clinical care/healthcare settings
• Experience managing a P&L of $100M+ top line revenue
• Board experience with presentation skills to key stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
