Regional Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Corporate Processing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Corporate Processing Team Leads and their teams, focusing on pipeline management and employee development
• Ensure file quality and turn times meet company SLA requirements while adhering to compliance regulations
• Monitor team performance, conduct interviews for new candidates, and identify structural needs of the department

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years residential mortgage processing experience required
• Experience with Encompass and previous processing management of 20 or more team members
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
