Regional Processor

Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage processing team, the full-time Regional Processor will ensure timely and accurate loan packaging, manage documentation from pre-approval to closing, and communicate effectively with loan officers and borrowers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process various loan programs while obtaining and validating all required documentation
• Communicate with loan officers and borrowers to facilitate the loan process and address outstanding conditions
• Manage the loan pipeline, ensuring timely submission of files for closing and adherence to processing timelines

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage processing
• Successful completion of in-house Mortgage test with a score of 70% or higher
• Strong judgment, motivation, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office products
