Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Product Compliance Specialist to manage product changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process product changes for filing projects and compliance schedules
- Coordinate and provide information for approvals related to product implementation
- Research and analyze state requirements for product filings and handle state objections
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Personal Auto Insurance products
- Experience with SERFF is a plus
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and carrier partners
- Proactive and critical thinking skills
