Regional Program Development Lead
Job Summary
Supporting Generation Latin America's growth ambitions during a maternity leave, the part-time Regional Portfolio Expansion and Delivery Excellence Lead will manage program portfolio expansion, strengthen operational excellence, and influence continuous improvement efforts across country affiliates remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support countries in identifying and assessing high-potential program expansion opportunities aligned with labor market demand
- Monitor LatAm country operations performance and assist teams in addressing performance gaps
- Prepare executive summaries and performance updates for regional and global leadership
Required qualifications
- Lead or Manager-level professional with strong project and stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience using data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements
- Strong understanding of program implementation and impact measurement
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
