Regional Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and expansion of heart recovery programs, the fully remote Regional Program Manager will manage relationships with spoke hospitals, implement account plans, and ensure effective communication across health systems while focusing on patient flow and program growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for spoke hospitals, fostering relationships and ensuring consistent communication
• Execute regional account strategies to enhance patient movement within the health system and establish protocols for heart team transport
• Collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align goals, protocols, and program activities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSN) preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience within Abiomed or 5+ years in healthcare, hospital operations, or clinical program management
• Prior experience supporting or managing cardiac or vascular programs is highly desirable
• Proven success in implementing protocols and workflows in a hospital or health system setting
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient flow, and health system dynamics
