Regional Project Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing and coordinating clinical trial activities across designated countries, the full-time Regional Project Lead will ensure compliance with industry regulations and project milestones while managing project teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures planning, implementation, and management of projects in compliance with industry regulations and essential study documents
• Acts as the primary project management contact for project teams and oversees project status reviews and reporting
• Coordinates site contractual startup, budget negotiations, and supervises clinical project team performance

Required qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Prior experience in Clinical Research and on-site monitoring is required
• Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory skills as a Regional Lead or equivalent
• Experience in Oncology is required; experience in GI is preferred
• Full working proficiency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
