Regional Project Lead
Job Summary
Overseeing project teams and ensuring consistency in Clinical Operations processes across North America, the full-time Regional Project Lead will manage project timelines, report study progress to clients, and coordinate site selection and training, with the opportunity to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the project management contact for project teams and support services
- Perform study status reviews and report project updates to stakeholders
- Supervise project team training and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements
Required qualifications
- MPharm, RN, or a degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years' site monitoring experience with at least 2 years as a Lead Monitor
- Experience supervising clinical project activities and leading teams
- Preferred experience in oncology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, or rare diseases
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
