Regional Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting project managers in various initiatives, the full-time Regional Lead Associate Project Manager will coordinate meetings, track budgets and expenses, and assist in risk management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, preparing regular budget reports for stakeholders
• Support the identification and mitigation of project risks, maintaining risk registers and response plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant construction experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems
