Job Summary
A real estate services and investment firm has an open position for a Regional Real Estate Industry Finance Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure complete knowledge of monthly results
- Direct and oversee budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
- Define and direct special projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires a minimum of 10 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
