Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned regions and roles, focusing on high-volume positions
  • Build relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
  • Screen candidates, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with legal standards
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and candidate sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Proven success in conducting interviews through various methods
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred
