Job Summary

Driving management recruitment for a regional territory of stores, the full-time Regional Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified store management candidates and develop candidate pipelines
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams
  • Establish partnerships with hiring managers and regional leaders to address staffing needs and maintain communication throughout the selection process
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong recruitment and sourcing capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Experience using metrics to analyze recruiting performance and recommend solutions
