Job Summary
To provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the assigned region, the full-time Regional Recruiter will fill required positions, screen candidates, and design strategies to attract talent while working remotely from Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Fill all required positions within facilities located in the assigned region
- Screen candidates' resumes and conduct interviews using various recruiting tools
- Manage job boards and applicant tracking systems for assigned facilities
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Five (5) years of recruiting experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business-related documents
- Proficiency in drafting reports and business correspondence
