Regional Recruiter

Job Summary

To provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the assigned region, the full-time Regional Recruiter will fill required positions, screen candidates, and design strategies to attract talent while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Fill all required positions within facilities located in the assigned region
• Screen candidates' resumes and conduct interviews using various recruiting tools
• Manage job boards and applicant tracking systems for assigned facilities

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Five (5) years of recruiting experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business-related documents
• Proficiency in drafting reports and business correspondence
