Regional Recruiting Director

Job Summary

To enhance advisor recruitment efforts, the full-time Regional Recruiting Director will manage the recruiting pipeline, communicate the company's value proposition to prospective advisors, and build strong partnerships with corporate and field leaders, all while working remotely within the Greater Chicagoland Metro Area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the advisor recruiting pipeline, maintaining accurate candidate records and reporting results to stakeholders
• Communicate the company's value proposition and evaluate advisor practices for compliance with hiring standards
• Create a high-volume flow of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods and build local recruiting networks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in recruiting within the financial services industry
• Proven understanding of broker-dealer products, processes, and capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results effectively
• Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills
