Job Summary
Driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies, the full-time salaried Regional Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals and optimize performance while working remotely with occasional travel to clinical research sites.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with the corporate patient recruitment team
- Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Monitor performance indicators and take targeted actions to address underperformance while fostering a culture of accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
- 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes and regulations
- Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams
- Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
