Regional Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Representing Sunway University, the full-time Regional Recruitment Manager will support the University's International Recruitment Office in recruitment activities, student counselling, and marketing initiatives, while working remotely in Chengdu, Sichuan.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment and outreach events for prospective students and their families
• Collaborate with the International Recruitment Office to enhance international engagement and recruitment strategies
• Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads and maintain communication with stakeholders in the education sector

Required qualifications

• First degree level education
• Experience in student recruitment or a similar environment
• Prior experience in the education sector, preferably in an administrative, managerial, or marketing role
• High proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the China Higher Education system
