Regional Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Representing Kingston University as a Regional Recruitment Manager, the full-time contract position will focus on supporting international student recruitment and conversion activities in China, including outreach, database maintenance, and collaboration with the University's International Recruitment Office, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment and outreach events to engage prospective students and their families
• Collaborate with the International Office to implement strategies for enhancing international institutional engagements
• Utilize the CRM system to manage and nurture leads and provide comprehensive support to applicants throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Educated to first degree level
• Experience in student recruitment or a similar environment
• High proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the China Higher Education system
• Legal right to work in China on a full-time basis
