Job Summary
Driving revenue performance for a designated region, the full-time Regional Revenue Manager will manage pricing strategies, monitor performance updates, and lead initiatives to enhance franchisee relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional revenue results by delivering RevPAR and RPI growth
- Produce regular performance updates to highlight wins, risks, and action plans
- Launch and manage revenue-driving programs aligned with company goals
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience as a Revenue Manager or Account Manager
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a strong understanding of economics
- Ability to collaborate effectively within the organization to meet brand needs
