Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Risk Management Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of Risk Management Consultants, ensuring operational and financial goals are met
• Develop and execute service plans to reduce policyholder loss exposure and improve client retention
• Manage risk management activities and collaborate with various departments to support a profitable book of business

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field, with eight years of relevant experience, five in workers' compensation
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must meet state provider qualifications for assigned territories
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
