Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide management oversight to Commercial District Managers to drive sales strategy and goal management
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and communicate corporate strategy within the region
  • Develop budgets, set goals, and coach sales personnel in the region

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in multiple years
  • Prior experience in managing professional level employees
  • Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings
  • Experience with developing budgets and controlling costs
