Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead and mentor a sales team in driving new business and managing complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business by leading a team of Senior Account Executives
  • Orchestrate internal teams to manage complex sales cycles
  • Employ effective selling strategies to position the company as a top cloud partner
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company focused on new business acquisition
  • 10+ years of experience as a field sales representative
  • Experience selling cloud, SaaS, or ERP solutions
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
