Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director focused on a large enterprise customer base in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives selling cloud solutions
  • Manage complex sales cycles by coordinating internal teams including pre-sales and marketing
  • Coach and mentor the sales team while employing effective selling strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, with 10+ years as a field sales representative
  • Experience in selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in a dynamic environment
