Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director to support customers by recruiting and training brokerage agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new brokers and service existing brokers
• Train agents on products and sales techniques
• Assist in lead development, recruiting ideas, and advertising

Required Qualifications:

• Recent experience working in the insurance industry
• Secondary education in a business-related area of study preferred
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of common applications
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
