Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives in selling cloud solutions
- Drive complex sales cycles by coordinating internal teams including pre-sales and marketing
- Employ effective selling strategies to position the company as a leading cloud partner
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company focused on new business acquisition
- 10+ years of experience as a field sales representative, ideally in cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
- Ability to maintain accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership
