Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives focused on Public Safety accounts
  • Develop the team and territories while implementing a solution selling model
  • Collaborate across the organization to enhance product offerings and deliver strong ROI for clients
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience in an Enterprise or Mid Market environment, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record in ARR bookings, pipeline generation, and deal strategy/execution
  • Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing top sales talent
  • Able to work cross-functionally with various departments such as Customer Success and Marketing
  • Experience closing large deals, particularly within the public sector vertical
