Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Commercial to lead sales efforts in Canada or the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers for the assigned region and direct sales activities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to uncover new opportunities and negotiate favorable terms
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team while achieving revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and leading sales teams
- 8+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
- Must be located in CST or EST time zones
