Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Commercial to lead sales efforts in Canada or the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers for the assigned region and direct sales activities
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to uncover new opportunities and negotiate favorable terms
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team while achieving revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading sales teams
  • 8+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
  • Must be located in CST or EST time zones
