Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Regional Sales Director - West Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales leaders and representatives
  • Design and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with brand objectives
  • Drive team performance through goal setting, coaching, and recognition
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 10+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven success in leading product launches, preferably in nephrology or rare disease markets
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales regulatory landscape
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive decision-making
