Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, South Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional financial goals and expand the customer base
- Provide mentorship and training to enhance the skills of the sales team while supporting deal closures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in enterprise software sales to corporate IT audiences
- Proven leadership skills with a successful track record in managing regional sales teams
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or MEDDIC
- Experience working with Channel Partners and navigating complex sales cycles
