Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, South Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional financial goals and expand the customer base
  • Provide mentorship and training to enhance the skills of the sales team while supporting deal closures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in enterprise software sales to corporate IT audiences
  • Proven leadership skills with a successful track record in managing regional sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or MEDDIC
  • Experience working with Channel Partners and navigating complex sales cycles
