Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise (Americas) to lead a team focused on selling cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Establish a pipeline-first culture and drive consistent execution of sales motions
  • Own regional performance metrics and actively participate in deal strategy and customer engagements
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Experience managing sellers with average deal sizes of $250K-$1M+
  • Prior success as an Account Executive in a SaaS or cloud-based sales environment
  • Proven ability to build high-performing, metrics-driven sales teams
  • BA/BS preferred
