Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, and oversee a sales team of 4-6 Area Managers
Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and national accounts

Required Qualifications

BS/BA in a related discipline
2-5 years of experience in the wound care field with 1-3 years in progressive responsible positions
3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors
1-3 years in sales leadership roles
Experience with skin substitutes preferred
