  • Act as a player-coach on major deals and lead regional field events to generate demand
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership within Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, or high-growth cloud platforms
  • Experience in scaling sales teams from early stages to predictable, high-growth engines
  • Technical fluency in the cloud-native ecosystem (EKS, OpenShift, Rancher)
  • Proven system for maintaining a pipeline-focused culture
  • Ability to operate at the C-level with strategic partners and global customers
