Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director focused on Federal Systems Integrators, DOD, and IC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives selling solutions
  • Orchestrate internal teams to manage complex sales cycles
  • Coach and mentor a field sales team while positioning the company as a cloud partner of choice
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, focusing on new business acquisition
  • 10+ years of sales experience with Federal System Integrators, the Department of War, and the Intelligence Community
  • Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles with successful revenue attainment
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
