Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the North & East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies
• Manage major commercial agreements and establish disciplined pricing strategies to optimize outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales and/or Marketing
• Proven success in strategic account management and leading sales teams
• Experience in managing and optimizing commercial performance
• Preferred industry experience in aluminum extrusions or related sectors
