Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Regional Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes regional sales strategy and manages the sales team
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key customers and ensures satisfaction with products and services
  • Oversees sales processes, including training, pricing strategy, and CRM reporting


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in the utility industry
  • 5+ years of experience in sales team management
  • Experience in software sales and selling technical solutions in a B2B environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of distribution utility systems
