Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives selling DaaS across the US
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal quality, and consistent execution across the team
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier AE talent
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 5-7+ years in frontline sales leadership
  • Proven track record of leading teams that consistently exceed targets
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions (AI/ML, data infrastructure, or technical services)
  • Strong ability to coach reps on multi-threaded, consultative sales motions
  • Experience operating in competitive, fast-evolving markets
