Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Enterprise Director - US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the US market
- Own and drive team revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting cadence
- Define and iterate on the US Enterprise Sales motion, from prospecting strategy to deal execution and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing an enterprise sales team
- A consistent track record of exceeding team revenue targets in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience building or scaling a sales team from the ground up
- Strong deal execution skills with a command of value-based sales methodologies
- Ability to operate as a player-coach leading by example while developing your team
