Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Western US.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients, including residential developers and property managers
- Generate sales through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with Building Decision Makers throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in the Internet and MDU sector
- Strong network and experience in the Western US residential real estate market
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with financial modeling is recommended but not required
- Technologically savvy and resourceful with a business-minded approach
