Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Western US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients, including residential developers and property managers
  • Generate sales through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Building Decision Makers throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the Internet and MDU sector
  • Strong network and experience in the Western US residential real estate market
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with financial modeling is recommended but not required
  • Technologically savvy and resourceful with a business-minded approach
